cyrius974 I already have gapps installed.

Really don't know why the internet connection keeps dropping. Sometimes it works great, but then fails a few minutes later.

I'm also on Three but don't have any problems with the connection (always on H or 3G).

Have you checked under System Settings -> More -> Mobile Networks and checked that 3 UK is setup correctly there, also check airplane mode is not enabled (I made that mistake once..). That's all I can think of.

Yep, everything is setup fine. The internet is working but sometimes it just hangs when loading pages and says there is no internet connection. Then a few moments later it's back.

@periferral Did you also, while in CWM, Wipe Cache Partition and Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache?

Yep. Followed the steps to a T multiple times. redownloaded the files incase I had a corrupt build etc etc. I'm still not able to install from CWM recovery. However, I tried download and installing from CWM app and I was successfully able to upgrade to the latest nightly.

Any help in getting flashing working from recovery would be appreciated. thanks

Well, not everybody over here is PRO in CM.
And i wrote in 1st Post that there will be only User2User Support.
I will help and answer what i can.

You tried some other Modems?
Maybe its a problem with your Provider?
Maybe your Flatrate is over and your speed has been slowed down...
Wiped all things before installed Nightly?
You are Running latest Nightly? (0413)

Could be so much Things...

I've been using CM9 since like March 20, and there's only one thing that's bothering me: my lock screen takes like 3-4 seconds to wake up after I lock the phone. I've posted in forums and no one knows how to fix it! Any ideas? Is someone else having this issue?
ps: I've tried several nightlies, uninstalled apps, etc...Oh, and when the phone is plugged the problem disappears!
It's because of the battery saving deep sleep. If the phone is plugged it never go into deep sleep.
To wake up from deep sleep take a bit more, but 4 seconds sounds allot. You timewatched it?

After installing this last nightly i got a bug. Time in the notification bar was wrong and this of the lockscreen good. I change it in the time and date setup and now seems to be ok.

I'm sorry for the talking like this, but most problems that I seed people get come from the fact that they don't flash the nightilies in a correct way.
If you wipe data/cache, and also the dalvik cache before flash the new rom its almost guaranteed that you won't have problems with the new rom.
My self I always flash the data/cache partitions before installing a new rom and also after the new rom/gapps are installed. that way I can assure that my rom is stock before start to use it.

EDIT1:

Just installed latest nightly, great feedback again, phone seems a bit snappier and can't seem to have a small bug on it. As for Quadrant, the score has been improved, but still didn't get the same score I got with 0304 nighlty, so far has been the ROM on whitch
I got the highest Score.

Normal procedure for install wiped cache/data, wiped dalvik cache -> installed Rom -> installed GApps, wipe again on cache/data and everything seems to be working fine.

The only thing I notice on the late nightlies is the battery consumption is a bit higher.
