I noticed better battery life on my current build. currently having 13Hrs working and 53% charge. I used to have about 15Hrs of working time before

It's seems to me to that battery life is  better since this last nightly ;)

Is it just me or last nightly build (update-cm-9-20120425), is actually 23 Mb instead of 119.03?

Hi, after a long time I decide to install CM9. I am using the 25 april nightly and like so much, CM9 are very beautiful!

I'll go to make many tests and help you.

To start I have one question, the FM Radio application dont exists?

Hi, can someone tell me if its possible to replicate the search button by long pressing the Menu key in the cm9 roms? Thus used too work in the stock ROM as well as the cm7 rom, but can't seem to find a way too do this in this ROM. Its useful in many of the apps which require the search Button to be there.

Does anyone hit the following problem with inactive "Backup account" under "Backup & reset" section?

I'm running CyanogenMod 9-20120423-NIGHTLY-galaxys2 (build date Apr 23). The build (archive) from 25th April  was broken, so I wasn't able to test that one.

Any advice how to fix this issue would be greatly appricated! Thanks.

Could be cause of the DirectDownload Issue.
Try Torrent or the Rapidshare link. then you will be able to install ;)

Do a backup with Titanium, then wipe data/factory Reset and also clean the dalvik cache.

You have to understand that going from one nightly to another brings lots of junk from one version to another, so it's always safer to do the same process all the time. Myself, I always wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, and also the dalvik cache, that way I make sure the phone is completely clean from apps junk that may mess around with CM itself. Also since you reset all the preferences, any wrong preference, is now corrected, and it's less one source of problems.

I agree with "Themen" on the implementation of an EAP-SIM authentication mode for the CM9 SGS2. A development is in progress? Planning an approximate date for this mode?
Anyway thank you for this great rom! makes my SGSII even better!
Sincerely,
PS: Why not use mediafire instead of rapidshare links for alternative? Less restrictive and faster in my opinion. ;)

Guys, do we know if it's planned to include EAP-SIM authentification mode on CM9 for the SGS2?
In France, I need to use it with Free Mobile ISP, to be logged on their WiFi with my SIM card.

Thanks MixeryMan for putting the file to rapidshare. However, everytime I try to download I get the message: Download parameters invalid - please try again later.

I will probably try torrent in future.

Mike

I've been downloading builds from the Jenkins page occasionally, when the get.cm download is broken. I'm sure its not necessarily recommended to do this, but it seems that sometimes things dont replicate onto get.cm properly.
