Gtalk - Check you settings for mobile networks
Calendar Sync will not work due to a privacy issue between Google and Facebook

I have installed the latest CM9 Nightly (20120503). I found out, that I can't change the "light sensor level" by myself. When I click on Save&Apply and then go back to the menu the values aren't changed and still at the default values.

Did you tried that on your first boot? Did you make a clean install?

Is there any way to make it unlock back to the app instead, like in Gingerbread?

It appears this is a known issue - from the changelog (http://cm-nightlies....device=galaxys2)
Revert "galaxys2: use opensource sensor hal, new auto brightness values" As the opensource sensors break the Orientation pretty badly this has to be reverted until we can find a proper solution for both issues (light sensor and orientation). (android_device_samsung_galaxys2)
It's actually what I came to post about, but it appears I still need to wait. My light sensor simply shows -1/-1 - so I have to manually adjust my brightness. (And yes, this is a clean install - wiped the phone with CWM and installed the latest nightly available at the time. Watching the changelogs to see when it's worth updating - no point updating for localisations I don't use)

no problems with *100#, like former times
Problem with crash of camara app stopping, still there but no big Problem, because its happens only if you make 5 ore more pictures in 10 sec.

But there's one thing I don't understand: In stock ROM I had the possibility to save contacts locally, on the phone, and at the SIM card. Both options are missing in CM9. Is this intentionally, have they been removed or will they be back eventually? (Another guy told me both options are available in ICS)

In both versions my s2 doesn't play audio while docked via the connected speakers but uses the phone speaker instead.
Tried the settings available in the "dock" entry but no change..
Anyone else experiencing this problem? Or advice?

That just does my head in, I know where they are if i want to press them, they don't need to be lit all the time when the screen is on imo.
Thanks

I had this same issue.. it's not very clear in the settings, and whatever you set might get lost when you adjust brightness.
Settings - Advanced - 3rd tab Sensors - Enable keys backlight ( turn it on, then off )
This works on the 0429 Nightly. I am planning to flash a newer one but waiting for the changelog. the 0505 version is considerably larger then the previous build so I am a bit carefull..
One issue I have is that when I am roaming I do see an R next to the signal strength icon on top. But I can't see whether I am on G, 3G, H or H+
