Hi to all.  I have 2 devices:  (1) HTC Evo 3D, stock, and (2) Nook Color, CM7.2RC.  I am able to connect my Evo to the wifi at work with no problem at all.  It autodetects settings (Enterprise 802.1x - PEAP) and allows connections.  My NC, on the other hand, can't connect at all.  It detects the same settings, receives the same credentials, and fails to log in.  It tries, fails, tries, fails, ad infinitum.

I really have no idea how to troubleshoot something like this.  My NC connects at home just fine-- in fact, better than my Evo does.  There's not any help to be had from IT here at work... they have no objections to connecting, but they're not going to take their truly limited time to investigate, either.  I wonder if there's something unusual about the networking components in the Evo, in CM, or both.  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Check this thread here and see if these issues are not a problem for you. I go over some details on how to use the wi-fi settings within cyanogenMod on the nook color.

Hi I have lost my symbol for my wifi and cannot detect my wireless for my Nook. Any help would be appreciated. It will probably be a simple fix but I don't know.
