Hello everybody,

I am curious if anyone is having this problem. If I go into the clock app and select my current alarm sound or any other for that matter the first sample of that sound will be low in volume.  Low enough you might not be able to hear it. Next press the alarm will sound will sort of fade in. By the third press everything is as expected.

Additionally from time to time I am experiencing this same behavior when receiving texts or other notifications but never phone calls.

Noticed that as well.  Even for text messages or what not.

I have also noticed this on RC 3.  I've seen this happen several times now while changing notification or ringtone sounds in almost any app.  I can't pinpoint when it does it, because it does not always seem to do it.

I'm also missing out on incoming text messages too because the sound seems to be very low now and then.

I'm having a heck of a time getting this bug to happen when I want, to figure out what might be causing it.  Do you guys have the "use call volume for notifications" option off in the volume settings?  I tried setting it on and haven't noticed it yet.
