French language bundled or to add ?

Hi from France,

I've just bought a mytouch 4g under Android 2.3.4, only two languages are available: English or spanish.
Is Cyanogenmod bundled the french language, if not, is there any solution to add it ?

About rooting, it's written "prepare computer make sure you have installed the Java Development Kit", yes but which JDK ?
i've downloaded jdk 7u3, is it the wright one ?
