I loved how in CM7 had a blacklist where i could block unknown number phone calls with 0000. This feature is no longer in CM9. I understand that google removed this from android with ICS. I am at a loss on how to duplicate this functionality. Anyone know an app that could do this. Maybe you guys could port this feature back from CM7 to CM9.

I was so happy that someone ported CM9 to my phone. It runs as well as CM7 did.

I still don't understand why they removed it. I get calls all the time from telemarketers, despite being on the Do Not Call list, and the black list really helped. I can request call blocks from my carrier, but that is a hassle, and many limit how many you can block (Verizon I know limits to 5 blocked numbers). Yeah, we now have a send to voicemail, but then you have to mess with the voicemail.

In the mean time, you could try Avast!
The security suite on top of an AV has Firewall and SMS/Call block capabilities.
Hopefully the CM team will add those to the rom some time when it is stable enough.
