error de fichero firmwre desde el recovery

e tratado de instalar tanto la version update-cm-7.2.0-RC1-anzu-signed.zip como la update-cm-9-20120404-NIGHTLY-anzu-signed.zip y me aborta la intalacion desde el recovery xrecovery y desde el clockworkmod igual
espero su ayuda
