I want to install CM9, but I have Ubuntu installed on my Touchpad, which is on an 8GB ext3 filesystem.  I do not want this partition being destroyed.  I would prefer to install CM9 command by command is at all possible (most customization).  I want to know exactly what the ACMEInstall2 does when it installs CM9.  I have searched the internet and the forums here but have found nothing.  Can anyone point me in the correct direction?

I think I found a link that describes what the A CyanogenMod Experimental Installer probably does to install CM9.  http://www.redmondpi...ial-with-video/.  If ACME is just taking away about 2GB from the /dev/store/media partition, then there shouldn't be a problem.
