Did you do anything prior to this happening that may have caused it? A first easy fix to try would be to wipe the /system partition from within recovery (under the Mounts and Storage menu) and reinstall CM and gapps. This won't cause any data loss. If that doesn't work, you may need to resort to backing up your apps and app data with a program like Titanium Backup and wiping the whole phone. Then you restore your apps and app data back (be sure to not restore any system settings as that could bring your problem right back).

I did not go on my phone at all until 10:00 central time, to text someone, but before i could, i unlocked it then that was already showing. And what if i already restored to a different temp ROM, would the method mention above work?
Edit: also ive backed up everything in recovery before i switched to my temp ROM

No matter what, it an easy thing to do to wipe the /system partition. CM is designed to try and "upgrade" the current install. It tries to keep your gapps installed and a few other things. This can sometimes accidentally carry over other things that can cause a lot of problems. If you completely wipe it and reinstall CM and gapps, it can make sure that at least your install is problem free. If the problem exists after that, then most likely it is a screwed up setting or an app that is causing all your problems. At this point, a full Factory Reset/Data Wipe is recommended as it would start you with a completely blank slate.

But if it does come to the Factory Reset/Data Wipe, you can back up your apps and app data with a program like Titanium Backup. This allows you to be selective in what you back up and allows you to not back up your phone settings (as restoring these could bring your problem right back).

Wiping /system shouldn't have caused a no signal issue unless your download was corrupt. You can check the MD5 hash to see if it is corrupt or not.

Another option would be to create a nandroid backup in recovery. Then you can do a Factory Reset/Data Wipe. If your problem is fixed, you know it is either some app or setting. Then you can restore the backup and then use Titanium Backup to back up certain apps and their data.
