or rather, where there is a good manual to create a theme yourself.

These are great! I've setup an environment in one of my Ubuntu VMs for Netbeans, but I'm still stuck with a few things. I suppose it's more of a Android level than CM though. Any other good resources to get started? I'm new to Java but I am a web programmer (php) and designer.
