Cool video Josh. You made that almost more exciting than when I first booted CM9 on the prime. Lol!

I wanted to point out something you showed in your video. You used TWRP recovery and had your prime booting directly into recovery from the power menu (or even goo.im beta). THAT WILL ONLY WORK IN TWRP IF TWRP RECOVERY IS INSTALLED! If anyone uses ClockworkMod's 5.8.2.0 or 5.8.1.8, and try to get into recovery from the power menu (or even Rom Manager) this will send the Prime into a recovery loop. It will take you into recovery, but when you "reboot system now" it will boot back into recovery every time.
If you find yourself in this situation (like I have), do not worry, I will tell you the solution (this assumes you are familiar with ADB and have the proper drivers installed):
1. Plug your Prime into your computer via stock USB cable.
2. Type this:
adb shell dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3 bs=1 count=13
3. Select "reboot system now" on your Prime.
