First off, I am new to CM. But I am not new the rooting/modding/making my droid my own. I just kinda got away from it all. But I decided to give CM a try after I woke up and my droid was bootlooping :/  So I was trying to install CM7 on the DX. But I can't get it to work. Here is the screen.....

I SBF'd back to stock Froyo using this .sbf  "VRZ_MB810_2.3.32_1FF_01.sbf"
So now I'm running a stock Froyo (rooted) before I tried this. Heres my about phone screen reads like this:

System version = Version.2.3.320.MB819.Verizon.en.us
Model number = Droidx
Android version = 2.2.1
Baseband version = BP_C_01.09.07p
Kernel version = 2.6.32.9-gca645b6
   w30471@il93Inxdroid08 #1
Build number = VZW

Can anyone shed and clues about what's wrong. Thanks in advance.

And I tried both the Droid 2 Bootstrap and Droid X bootstrap. Neither worked.

That is an older version of CM. Try one of the newer ones (it is no longer referred to as the cdma_shadow, just the shadow).

Thanks. Should I revert back to Froyo again before trying this ?? Can I come from another Gingerbread rom ??

If you are rooted, I wouldn't think it would matter. As long as you have clockworkmod, you *should* be able to install this without a problem.

I not understanding why you are saying CM7 is Froyo based when it says it's Gingerbread all over the place. Confusing.
