I am obviously not the first person asking these questions.
Is there a newbie intro/FAQ somewhere?
1. CM vs. FXP
I understand that Cyanogenmod is.
I understand that there is a project called FreeXperia (aka FXP), which is a group of developers, sometimes supported by Sony, who are working on porting CM to the Xperia devices.
However, I could not find the home of the FreeXperia project.
Where can I find out more about them?
(Their background, goals, the design pholosophy, etc.)
Furthermore, I don't understand is why are there two different sets of releases: the "official" ones from CM, and the ones done directly by FXP.
What is the difference between these versions?
What is the interaction between them?
