Just download the zip, boot into recovery, make nandroid backup, flash zip, reboot.

without wipe? another question... the application that we have on the SD card will be save/working or we need to re-install all?

Should be all working if coming from 7.1, at least it worked like that on HTC DHD

thank you for the response. I come from 7.1.  We don't need wipe? only flash the rom and reboot?

Anything within the same major version of CM, there is no need to wipe. So going from 7.1 to 7.2, you do not need to wipe. However, if your device manages to get CM9 (I have no idea on this, just using it as an example), you would need to wipe the device.
