Hi, I am new to this forum.
I have a cheap dual-core phone Pantech Burst P9070. It is not a well-know phone, Some people may don't even know this brand but it is a cheap but high speed phone and fast eating battery phone.
I'd like to see if there is anyone has tried a working ICS rom for this phone. the stock rom is very buggy and high battery consuming.

I picked up this phone for the interim period while waiting for the Samsung launch of AT&T variant of SGIII. Could really use some CM ROM ove for this little engine that could, but doesn't . . . yet! C'mon CM team, whatya got?

I never used to like Pantech units but this one is pretty fast, has almost 1GB RAM, 12GB internal SDcard, up to 32GB external SDcard, it's dual core, all I want to get rid of is the stock software and am anxious for CM. Unfortunately not even ROM Manager works on it right now, so I can't even try many of the tricks I tried with others.
Overall, it's an amazing value! Wish somebody would take interest in it and port CM for this unit.

I would be greatly interested in getting either CM7, 9, or 10 ported over to the Pantech Burst since we have root and CWM recovery already.
We are attempting to pull it off for cm7 and can use as much help as possible.

Good news:In the GIT of CyanogenMod have included our terminal: https://github.com/C..._pantech_presto.Unfortunately it is very incomplete. The advantage is that now the work done so we can share easily. Now we can complete it.Greetings.

**bump** not sure if the only hold up now is the ICS kernel from pantech once their ICS (if it ever) releases
