I recently upgraded straight from 7.1 to 7.2 RC3 on the HTC Incredible (wiped dalvik and cache, but otherwise flashed over).

Perfect, beautiful.  Everything works amazingly well and it seems faster.

Just experienced first bug.  In Camcorder, changed resolution from High to Low and the Camera App FC'd.  When I re-opened camera I received a "Cannot Connect to Camera" error.  Reboot fixed the problem.

If I should report this elsewhere or search elsewhere for a solution, please let me know.

I would post it on the bug tracker, but be warned, they may ask you to wipe the device to verify it wasn't an issue of the upgrade.

If it hasn't happened againsince the reboot fix, chances are it was an upgrade issue. If you do want to report it, make a nandroid (if you don't want to reset all your apps to restore later), do a complete factory reset/wipe data, wipe boot and system, and install the rom. See if it shows up again.

I appreciate the feedback. It happens consistently, even after a reboot. When I have time I'll nandroid, full wipe, fresh install and test. If it still happens I'll submit a bug report.
