Call Blacklist In Cm9

Longtime CyanogenMod user, and I used to use the call blacklist a lot, to block telemarketers (number is on the Do Not Call list, but still get a bunch). On CM9/ICS, it appears that the blacklist was replaced with send to voicemail. This kinda sucks, because then i have to deal with the voicemail.

Is there something i missed or something i can do?
