I'm trying to figure out if my install of 7.2 didn't install completely or if I'm just brain dead.
The soft home back an menu buttons from a 7.0.3 install I had are missing.
When trying to go to the CyanogenMod Settings section of settings, the settings app crashes to the home screen.
There doesn't seem to be a notification bar.
Anyone else have this issue?

Did you remember to wipe your dalvik cache when you upgraded? If not you might have to go back into your ROM manager and flash the newest clockworkmod to your eMMC , which is 3.2.0.1 for the nook color. Do a nandroid backup to save your settings by choosing "make a back up" in your ROM manager.
After you have done that and rebooted back go back into ROM manager again and select " Reboot back into recovery". Select wipe both data and caches so you can get rid of this corruption on your nook color.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Even without a taskbar you should be able to get into ROM manager. If not , and if you are running cyanogenMod from the microSD card, you can dismount the card and boot back into manual recovery by holding in the power button and the N button together until you power all the way off. Make sure you are powered all the way off, and that the screen is not so slightly backlit, check it in a dark room. The nook color is stubborn about powering all the way off into recovery.
Then you can power back on and reboot back into the stock nook ROM clear past the lock screen. Power off once again and remount your card with cyanogenMod on it. This should clear your caches on your nook color and that problem you have with the cyanogenMod build you have on it.
If you got cyanogenMod on your eMMC and you know that you do, check this link here to get yourself up and going. http://forum.xda-dev...ad.php?t=949699
It was an older version of ROM manager that was the problem. It couldn't format the /data partition. Thanks though!
