I recently updated to a nightly CM9 ROM, but no matter what I do I can't get the data networking with 3g or H, someone knows how to fix it?

"No matter what I do"... It would help if we knew what you attempted already.
First guess is that your APNs aren't correct for your provider. You would need to get with your provider to get the right ones.
