What Does Not Work With Cyanogenmod 7.2

Hi

I have a question regarding this Advent Vega tablet. If I buy this tablet used, and install it with the new CyanogenMod 7.2, what will NOT work?

The reason that I ask is that there seems to be problems with the Cam, Mic, HD and other hardware in other tablets (Viewsonic, HP Tablet etc). Will I see similar problems on a Advent Vega tablet CyanogenMod 7.2, or will everything work as expected?
