I wanted to update my HTC Magic to Gingerbread, as explained in one of posts on xda-developers forum.

Information from fastboot (before I did anything):
sapphire PVT 32a ENG S-OFF H
HBOOT-1.76.2007 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-12
RADIO-3.22.20.17

On mentioned page, I saw that I need radio 6.35.10.18 or 6.35.16.19.
First I went for 6.35.10.18, but phone was rebooting all of the time, but I managed to enter fastboot and return back to 3.22.20.17.
Them I tried 6.35.16.19 and stucked!
When I power-on the phone, it first shows image of a box and arrow that goes out towards android robot and then screen becomes empty and nothing happens after that.
No chance to enter recovery mode, fastboot or anything. Any hope for my phone?
