Cm9 Rc1 Phone Operator List Problem

Hello, I've problem with phone operator list. After searching available networks, device is finding two networks with similar names: Play and PLAY. Second one should be named Orange, not PLAY. I did factory reset, but it didn't help. What to do? Where is held operator list with network codes? Maybe solution is editing this file?
