Is there a chance to brick my phone (LG Optimus Hub) while trying to install CM 7.2 Stable version?
I successfully rooted it, installed Clockwork Mod and I made a backup of original ROM.

I bricked my HUB when I've tried to make a backup with Clockwork Manager, so I don't recommend you use this app. The solution was repair with Riffbox process.

Like I said, I successfully rooted & installed clockwork mod, made a backup without any problem. Now I don't know if I'll brick it if I'll try to install CyanogenMod 7.2.

There is a chance for a failed installation process. But the phone won't be bricked. You can just use your nandroid backup or wipe user data in cwm and redo the installation.

Look at the picture and tell me if those files are the backup files.

yes indeed. don't forget also to backup your sdcard, in case you have apps located in sd card, not in the internal memory.
