Help Un-Rooting

okay heres the story,

my phone has developed a fault so i need to return it while it is still in warranty - i currently have cm7.1.0.2 and need a way to restore it back to stock settings so theyll take it.
ive seen a few tutorials but they mostly say how to just unroot it, but i need to get the stock firmware back.
could anyone point me to a helpful tutorial that would work
