Lockscreen Widget Bluetooth

I can´t find a way (app or activity) to turn bluetooth on from the lockscreen in CM9RC. The notification bar drop down does not work (I don´t know if it´s because I´m using PIN security) but I have no way to turn bluetooth on from lockscreen either via notification bar or lockscreen widget. Seeing as it is very simple to turn bluetooth on via the notification bar toggle or the powerbar toggle, shouldn´t there be an easy way to turn bluetooth (or wifi or whatever) from the lockscreen?
