I "think" the simple answer is:
Experimental = Alpha (be happy for what works)
Nightly = Beta (many things work, we have an idea of what doesn't)
RC = RC (most things work, let us know what doesn't)
Stable = Gold (daily driver for most)

so the best build for me is the RC.
