I deleted and re-added my work Exchange Active sync account when I installed CM6 Final. Now it appears that when I click reply or reply to all 2 copies of the message are sent to all recipients. No other settings were changed. Again, non-rooted stock EVO 4G android users at work are not having any of these issues.

I don't know what changed, but the issue has stopped.
