Need Cmparts.apk; Please Help!

Hi,

So I was trying to free up as much space as I could on my CM7.1.0 Nexus One and I accidently deleted CMParts.apk, CMStats.apk, and CMUpdateNotifiy.apk, so now I have lost access to the CyanogenMod Settings option in the settings menu (it just force closes). As well, in my infinite wisdom, I forgot to back them up first (I swear I've learned my lesson!)


Anyways, could somebody PLEASE upload these 3 .apks for me, so I don't have to reinstall the entire OS? Thanks so much, it would be greatly appreciated.

Nvm. I found the 3 apks online. But when i try to install them i get "Application Not Installed" error. Any ideas how to fix this?
