i have sony xperia sola which is MT27i Device . Sony hasnt launched ICS for the device and now jellybean is released by google . I dont know when sony will release ICS and Jelly bean for my device .
Will Cynogen mod 10 wll be based on jelly bean and is it compatible for my device ?

Based on what I've seen of this community, CM9 will come before CM10. It all depends on user interest. FYI, stock ICS is due this quarter (Q3, 2012) so should assist cooks in porting support for CM9.
