I am a new user to CyanogenMOD 9.0.0 RC2 galaxysmtd so my opinion may not be very well informed from my surfing so far of the CyanogenMOD Forum but it seems to me that despite hundreds of thousands of 'Views' of a post the number of replies (support) is minute e.g. one post was viewed by more than 560,600 people yet there were only 54 replies and in most cases the number of replies is 0?
I was previously on DarkyROM v9, v10.x.x and finally v11 and the DarkyROM forum answers to forum posts came thick and fast.
I am therefore a little retiscent to remain with CyanogenMOD but will wait and see what sort of a response I get to the query I have just posted regarding Theme Chooser.
Just my initial impression.
Welcome to CyanogenMod

This forum is user-supported, not dev-supported. So all you'll get for help is other people either in the same boat, or, been-there-done-that people that have figured out a solution. The zero responses are usually because no users have figured out a solution. If you need dev-support, XDA is the place to go.
