I just installed CM10 and got it set up. It is running great there are just a few things you might want to know:

1) The CM9 boot screen is still shown
2) The Navigation Key settings are not in CM10 yet
3) The myriad settings for Auto Brightness are missing
4) It could be my wifi or that I'm downloading a lot more to get my phone setup but I've noticed wifi dropping a little more than it did on CM9.

I'll update when I find out more about wifi or my radios. I'm not reverting though since CM10 and Jelly Bean are just too awesome. :-D

hmmm.  I just downloaded the first nightly but I think I'm gonna hold off and wait for a few more cycles.

Give it a try. The previous two unofficial releases were very stable, and this appears to be no different.

For me with only one day on the ROM the only thing I can find that doesn't work is my LED notification. It doesn't seem to blink when I get  message.

I have never participated in nightlies before, I have a quick question. Do you clean wipe between flashing or do you just flash over the old one time and time again with each release.

officially you only need to do a clean wipe between major changes (aka from cm9 or another rom).  I've found that sometimes it's just helpful to wipe anyways between nightly's and start from a clean slate every so often, but it's def not required.  There are people who flash one nightly over another and there are very few problems.

Same here for me. I did a full wipe when I moved from stock to CM9 but never wiped between CM9 nightlies. I never flashed a RC or stable release so I can't speak to them but I don't believe they need a wipe coming from a CM9 nightly. I did however flash when moving from CM9 to CM10 yesterday. I didn't read that I needed to anywhere but my gut told me to and I also see wiping as a good opportunity to really slim down your phone.

I think I remember this happening in CM9 but it's been a while. The profiles come with a bunch of application groups who are set to override notifications off. I don't think this is ideal as many people probably expect profiles to really have no changes until they make some to them. I don't think default behavior of any profile should disable all your notifications for apps such as SMS, Gmail, phone, calendar, etc.

I have always just used the Google music all for all my music needs but was going to give Apollo a try just for giggles. Thing is no music populates when I open it. Its just blank while all my music appears fine in play music.
Anyway its not a biggie and maybe isn't even ROM related..but since this is the discussion thread just thought I'd put that out there.

Does anyone else notice that Google Now never finishes taking voice input when you use it so it never actually searches? Is this just me?

If it doesn't search for you try installing the offline language packs. I had that issue with a different ROM and that is what it needed.

I just checked my Google Voice Search and it wasn't translating my voice into search. Installed offline language pack, which is found in settings/language and input, and now it works perfectly.

The only other issue I've noticed is that I have 2 shortcuts for camera and picture gallery in my app drawer. Oh and also the play store shortcut at the top of the app drawer doesn't work yet either.

I am pleased to say this is the only JB ROM that has given me back a functioning GPS. Unreal!

Has anyone been having issues with the gallery? My Google + and Picassa folders won't show up. Sync is enable. Gallery settings won't work either.

I haven't read any of the fixes, but have seen it mentioned numerous times in the last week, they all say to update ROM Manager, and delete .nomedia file on root of sdcard. A quick search should get you more info.

Thanks but that's not it. My photos on sdcard show up fine. It's only my Google+ and picassa pictures. The gallery settings also do not work. It's a sync issue or something.

I've noticed this too. Is there a way to get the ASOP music player (if there is one)?

In addition, has anyone noticed the cool secondary slide menu if you drag your finger from the navigation keys at the bottom of the screen up? It only has Google Now in it but maybe we can add more things later.

Had same issue on the CM10 Preview I am still on.  Flashed the "custom"  version of the GApps package in this thread and all is good.

Thanks. I'm not having any other issues. Debating on whether I want to flash this. I'll read through the thread first. Thanks again

I think Google Play Music is the stock player.
