The only thing I can find now that isn't working is sliding down the notification bar from the far right and getting settings instead of notifications. Also do not see notification drawer in the system settings anymore, unless it got moved in the hierarchy. Any clues?

This the option you're referring to?

i figured i would share my results on testing i've been doing. i run the nightlies with the franco kernel and after each nightly i update to i overclock to 1.8 ghz and run quadrant and antutu benchmark to test the stability and speed of each new build (yes i know the benchmark scores don't mean much).  i've been doing this since the beginning of march and so far the 04/07 build has been the best i run an average of 4200 score on quadrant and an average score of 6400 on antutu without ever any reboots. the latest build 04/12 runs much slower at around 3300 average score and also randomly reboots during some of the quadrant tests in antutu i can't even get thru a test without a reboot. the average score i have found is around 3800 in quadrant with all the builds with the exception of the 04/07 build which i have found to blow all the other builds away in both speed and stability. so for now i'm sticking with the 04/07 build

Does anyone know what the 04/07 build is? I don't see that date or number referenced in any of the possible downloads. I tried PM'ing the poster but haven't seen a reply in the last week.  I want to download a better build. I'm on 10.1-20130411-Experimental now and the lag time when waking the phone or opening apps is ridiculous. Tried wiping everything and reinstalling, still getting that terrible delay. Thanks for the help!

Considering the build in question is now a whole month old, it's highly probable there's a better working build out there. Not to mention that it's probably been deleted from the download page, as every nightly about 6+ days old gets omitted as a new one is added. That said, I'm running 4/19 (toroplus) and have no problems.
Just use CyanDelta updater. No real need to wipe (even Dalvik cache since it rebuilds anyway when it finds something has changed) and all your data remains intact. Plus you only download the parts that have been updated, instead of the whole ROM.

We haven’t used the ‘Release Candidate’ nomenclature since the ICS days, but we feel the 10.1 branch is quickly approaching the point where a ‘final’ build is due. To prepare for that eventuality, RC1 builds for CyanogenMod 10.1.0 are now landing on our servers! This will be one of (if not the last) milestone releases before a 10.1.0 is pushed out. These builds will appear as they complete the build process and, as always, you can download the builds via get.cm!

Running RC4 here & it's rock solid for me. I did have a soft reboot caused by me changing a pattern lock to pin lock & trying to do some trickery with Tasker but all is good now. Nothing major & very happy for now.
