I am having problems getting any reception on my phone and is very spotty where I can get it in town.  I had a Blackberry and could get receprtion anywhere I went.  I have turned the phone off, have taken the battery out and placed it back in, have done a factory reset on it, and also got a new sim card.  Any suggestions or ideas what is going on with this phone?  Thank you!
