Blurry Mms

Anyone having problems with sending pics and when they get received blurry or fuzzy? I can't figure out how to fix it. Tried Googling and searching forums for anything. Attempted adjusting settings in Go SMS Pro and in stock Messaging app.

I am running Cyanogenmod 10 Build 8-10-2012 (it also happened with the previous build) on Nexus S 4G. I tried to post a screenshot of phone info but it says invalid image extension no matter what photo hosting service I've tried. What are we supposed to use? (It's a .png file)
