Ok I flashed my phone to cricket and the only way I was able to get my mms to work was to flash cm7 that I found on cricket users for epic 4g and my pc with xp and wont connect my epic to pc for anything for like changing files or usb mass storage any help would be nice

If you have an SD Card reader just use that instead.

I have this problem also, i want to connect it to pc but it doesnt give me the option, was going to flash a kang CM10 onto it but it required odin but it wont connect.

I have the same problem, but recently I found this online:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1604707, which shows how to build a jig to get your phone into download mode if the button thing does not work. I ordered the micro usb with pc board to let me solder the resister. I will let you know if it works when I get it.
