anybody know wear i can find a download of acmeuninstaller so i can update my hp touchpad?

What's on your Touchpad now, and what are you trying to update it to?
You probably don't need to use ACMEUninstaller. Normally you can just copy the zip files onto the touchpad, reboot to recovery, and then install them from there.
But if you do need ACMEUninstaller, it's here:

To upgrade to ACME3 for CM10/JB you need to uninstall I believe.

You don't install ACME3, you download it and place it in the C:/program files/Palm, Inc. folder along with the other ACME file you have been using.
