6.0.2 is available in ROM manager and BT media is fixed! High Five and massive thanks to koush and others who worked on it. Email (not gmail) seems to be b0rked.

Do you have to wipe completely?

Crash and reboot twice in a row. Setup at first boot says ADR600 as device? Force close gmail.mail.

Email is totally borked. Force close every time.

I did delvak cache clean or whatever it is called and yes during the setup it did a bunch of force closings but it seems to be working fine now.
Note: Maybe it was my phone but the market was doing it too. I went in and clear data under settings/applications for the market and that fixed it. I can't wait to try our bluetooth and hope it works good.

6.0.2 is still randomly rebooting on me like 6.0.1, though much leas often than with the earlier ROMS...
I have jst disabled wifi and we'll see if that fixes up the random reboots.

Something has gone seriously awry from RC3; 6.0.1 and 6.0.2 are WAY unstable, 6.0.1 is crashy and 6.0.2 is a total mess, getting the email fcs, found the phone frozen and buzzing wildly (audio and vibration), alerts are WAY loud, ringtone is wonky (often sounds like its in a jar the first ring). RC3 is stable and well-behaved...

i loaded the 9/5 nightly last night and used my phone for about an hour. so far it's behaving much better. i'll see how it acts when i'm out and about today.

those running 6.0.2. Email.apk is definitely a culprit. Either delete it from system/app using Root Explorer or adb, and then reinstall this email app or dont- just delete the original!
. This fix has stopped all of my random reboots. I'm also finding that setCPU could also aid in the reboots. For now I have disabled screen off, and just kept the CPU clocked at 998Mhz.

Confirmed, removing the Email.apk that was included and installing the attached one got rid of the force closes.

That fixed it for me too.

6.0.2 did fix the BT issue but it seemed to resurface on some level with one of the nightlies after that. I was running the 9/7 nightly and I had the choppy media stream on BT again. A reboot fixed it but it happened again later, again a reboot fixed it. I don't want to reboot everytime I need to use bluetooth. Reverted back.

That email.apk fixed the FC issues for me as well. Thank you.
