/dev/block/mtdblock3  90.0M  90.0M  40.0K  100%  /system

Tried the permissions script, no luck! :(

Just getting the dump now...

you have no space left

did you flash the full gapps?

you need the tiny version

edit:

start from fresh, and do a full wipe via fastboot

fastboot erase system -w
^^ that should be done on PC

get phone into fastboot mode by holding back when powering on

then, boot to recovery ( home + power )

flash cm6, then gapps tiny

yes, and that is the Eclair gapps, you should use froyo ( FRF91 )

which.. seems to have gone awol...
edit: its in the OP , just not in the download links anymore
http://mirror.kanged...0816-signed.zip

or, you might like to use my version
http://www.mediafire...16-signed_S.zip
Spoiler
its the full version with most of the apps available on the market removed
the advantage is it includes quickoffice ( which is not on tiny ) which is very handy for gmail attachments etc

do a market search for "google inc" to get all the extras like maps etc

Okay, I can tell you what you problem is right now: your /system partition is full. I would guess that you installed the wrong gapps.

First run this .zip I made to uninstall your gapps:
http://www.4shared.c...pps-signed.html

Then, reinstall:
http://mirror.kanged...0816-signed.zip

Hint: flash both of those from recovery.

EDIT: Somehow I missed that 15 other people already told you this, so just ignore me :)

http://forum.xda-dev...471#post7061471

this is an example of CustomMTD with FroYo a2sdext + /data/data bind option
its CM6 nightly 0906 + real tiny gapps, but I also squashed the kernel modules
