I was surprised to see a release candidate for 10.1.3 while 10.2 nightlies are rolling out. 10.2 is jellybean 4.3 and 10.1 is jellybean 4.2 So 10.1.3 will be considered more stable than the 10.2? Can anyone give some info on what's going on here?
Edit: Well... As I thought about it, I fear I asked a stupid question. Obviously release candidates and certainly STABLE releases are...more stable. Just not used to seeing this kind of thing. Feel free to discuss 10.1.3 in this thread though...
