I asked twice already and got no answer so I will ask a third time, is anyone else having trouble with location from cellular networks working?

Argh!

Ok, I'm not caring if this starts a big thing or not, but WHY WHY WHY can't we seem to get the light sensor modes to work correctly?

For the moment let's just consider the automatic brightness and not enabling custom light levels. Seems to me that the results are butt backwards. If I'm in direct sunlight the thing is dim as all get out, but in a typical room it is in a tolerable midrange.

WHY doesn't it go to full if the unit is in direct sunlight?

Ok, I'm done, enabling custom light levels and will test, but seems to be a simple issue, though I could be wrong ...

Hmm, it seems to work right for me, very odd to hear that yours is doing the opposite of the norm. Did you change any of the light sensor settings in the CM settings yourself? I did that once and it really messed up the auto-brightness although it didn't invert it.

My Google Weather widget won't get the location from 3g unless I get it from Maps or on WiFi first, has been happening for about the last 3 or 4 nightlies, anyone else having a problem?
Anyone?

Maps wil not find my location via cellular now either, just says location temporarily not available.
